> One untagged high quality Mixed / Mastered WAV File + Contract sent via email few minutes after your purchase
> If you're a singer you're allowed to distribute your work through CDBaby - Tunecore - Distro Kid etc
> Sell your songs / projects and keep 100% of your recording royalties*
(*The money from your paid streams / Downloads on Apple Music - Amazon - Spotify etc / Physical sales (CD) / Live performances)
> Unfortunately, you're not allowed to register the songs / content who include my beats with any Performance Rights Organizations (Ascap - Bmi etc)
(So, you can't earn incomes from your publishing rights)

> You're obligated to add lyrics / Vocals / Spoken words over my tracks
(Except if you use my music alone for a short 10 sec podcast / vlog intro)

► INSTRUCTIONS :

4. After payment you will receive the download links to your beats to your PayPal email address (please check your junk mail)

> You're not allowed to use the non-exclusive royalty free beats from my musical catalog
> You're also not authorised to steal my ideas and to replicate my music
> These instrumental tracks are destined to be used in independent / Self-produced / Self-published projects only

► WHAT IS ROYALTY FREE MUSIC ?

> Royalty Free Music doesn't mean that the music is free or free of property rights but rather implies that the music is free of royalties. I'm an independent artist, not affiliated to any Performance Rights Organization (PRO) anymore. Therefore, i no longer manage the copyrights of my music (Even though i retain full rights & ownership as the sole creator of my catalog), so when you lease my tracks in order to publish your songs / projects, such PROs should not be entitled to collect any revenues from the exploitation of your content. So unfortunately, you're not allowed to register the songs / projects (Who include my beats) with these organizations. However, the good point for you is that i don't take a percentage on your sales, you keep all your recording royalties (Paid streams / downloads / Physical sales etc...). R.F.M is a cost-effective licensing solution allowing you to legally use my instrumentals for your self produced / independent projects.
