Founded by two producers and artists from New York, The Sound Den aims to provide opportunities to up-and-coming producers, artists, and musicians from across the world. The Sound Den features King Taylor, a gender nonconforming Drag King with a music degree from one of the top conservatories in the world, and Creatrix, a gender fluid sound engineer who happens to be an incredibly talented acoustic musician, and painter, as well.

Striving to provide a space for those who do not comfort or fit in with contemporary societal norms, The Sound Den embraces members of the LGBTQ+ community, BIPOC artists and producers, women, and anyone else who is undervalued by the current industry.

With a focus on sound, as our name may suggest, we work to create unique sounds. Sometimes they are traditional sounds with a twist, other times they are unique sounds that are full of character and depth, guaranteed to spice up any type of music.
