Hi, Getting her first flight was a big thing, and I'm so glad we reserved United Airlines from Albany. The United Airlines ALB Terminal made everything look easy and even kinda magical for her. We arrived early, and the check-in crew were super nice. They issued her a little "wings" pin, which completely made her day. Security was so intimidating either—everyone was nice and understanding, even when she was a bit slow. The terminal itself is smaller than normal, but that was really a blessing. It was quiet, neat, and too intimidating for a child who's never flown before. The gate agent even gave a little "welcome aboard" when we checked our tickets. I'll never forget her excitement as we walked down the jet bridge. That was a hassle-free experience because everything that preceded it was smooth sailing. If you're flying with a little one, I can't recommend the United Terminal at highly enough. It's the kind of airport where your child's first travel memory can truly be a good one.
