Who is Yamigane?

Hi there — I’m Yamigane, an independent music producer, beatmaker, and sound explorer with a deep love for experimental soundscapes, glitch textures, and emotional atmospheres. My music walks the line between structure and chaos, melody and noise, intuition and precision. Every beat I make is a reflection of the mood I’m in, the places I’ve been — or wish I could go.

I’ve always been fascinated by how sound can create emotion without words. I started out sampling everything I could find — city noise, analog gear, digital static, vinyl hiss — and gradually developed a style rooted in IDM (Intelligent Dance Music), lo-fi aesthetics, and cinematic vibes. Over time, I blended in hip-hop grooves, trap drums, and ambient textures to create something that doesn’t quite fit into a box — and I’m totally fine with that.

Yamigane is more than just a name — it’s a sonic persona. A fusion of the Japanese words “yami” (darkness) and “kane” (metal, bell), it reflects the contrast I always chase in music: soft and harsh, calm and intense, beautiful and broken.
